A good Vietnamese restaurant, but mass-produced with bright colors and heavy marketing, resulting in an inflated price for a cuisine that traditionally isn't this expensive!
If you absolutely must try authentic Vietnamese food because it's fantastic, but you feel it's not worth the price compared to other options, then you're absolutely right.
The portions are very generous and delicious.

The pad thai was absolutely delicious! One of the best I've ever had, the prices are very reasonable and the portion is super generous! I'll definitely be back.
