Very good, I chose the cactus flavor for its originality and it was very fresh and very good.

I'd heard on the grapevine that these were the best ice creams in Collioure. I had a hard time choosing from all the flavors on offer, from the classics to the more original ones. I finally gave in to the citrus cactus and grapefruit, and they were delicious! I made a second stop in the shop before leaving to buy a few things for gifts and for myself. Everything looked delicious and was beautifully presented. I finally got to try the famous rousquilles (nothing like the ones you find in supermarkets), and the marshmallows were excellent too. The fruit jellies and candied fruits were very tempting, but you have to be sensible. We'll be back another time! Very welcoming and helpful staff.

Discovered by chance, a very pleasant surprise, the ice cream is really good. I recommend it. A little pricey, but apparently that's the going rate in the area.
