Excellent attention from Christian!! It's a pleasure to eat with such friendly and attentive waiters!!!

Meal plan: We visited Silver Spur Steakhouse with our meal plan. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait over 30 minutes to be served. Even then it took a while until the food was served. Food: The food was OK, but nothing special. It lacked sophistication and was more reminiscent of standard fare you'd expect at a steakhouse. Ambience: The restaurant was very noisy, which made it difficult to enjoy the food. The atmosphere was that of a typical Western steakhouse, but was less pleasant due to the high noise level. Service: The service was unfortunately disappointing. It took a very long time before we were even served and the waiting times between courses were also far too long. This significantly spoiled the overall impression. Sanitary facilities: The sanitary facilities are definitely not sufficient for the size of the restaurant. There were only two toilets for women and one for men, which led to long waiting times when it was at full capacity.

Wow, superb experience, we came this Saturday September 14 and were served by Lucas who, through his friendliness and welcome, contributed to the success of our satisfaction. We enjoyed the starter, main course and dessert, both adults and children . The beef skewers were delicious, we indulged in the sundae for dessert recommended by Lucas and it was clearly sooooo good... thank you for everything

From my point of view someone should organize this restaurant. There should be a line for those who have reservations and those who don't. The waiting time to order from the moment you sit down is endless. They forget about you when you want to order something.....

No more extra meat, but don't have dessert otherwise you'll be disappointed.

Best food we had during our stay. We had bought the meal plan option which limited what we could order. After speaking to the server they said we could order off the main menu the equivalent of what we paid for the meal plan. Ended up having the best dinner we'd had all week. Quick service and friendly staff.

Reservation at 7 p.m. but overwhelmed we had a table at 8 p.m. Finished eating at 9:20 p.m. So late to be well placed for the parade. Fortunately it was good.

We loved it!!! Well presented dishes and the meat.... succulent, super tender mamamia. The super nice server. Very good time with the family. ❤️
