Thanks to Kylian, without whom our meal on Monday, July 6th wouldn't have been the same. He's a very attentive person who goes out of his way to meet our needs.

Impeccable service, quality food. Excellent value for money, highly recommended.

Disney park restaurant. Apart from the slightly noisy atmosphere and the somewhat high prices, everything was fine.

I'm giving this actually a pretty good score, because for what it is and what you could expect it was pretty well executed. We were brought to our table and they confirmed about my allergies several times. We were with 2 young kids and 1 older kid and 2 adults. 2 kids menu and 3 adult menu (1x 2 course and 2x 3course) and a round of drinks, cost us under 200eur, which I think is pretty damn cheap. The food was definitely not bad... The kids loved their precursor, we had the tomato soup and it was quite Ok... Not special, but that's not expected. The steak skewers in our main course were delivered in the exact doneness we asked, together with potato gratin and fried veggies. The meat was actually of a surprisingly good quality (I'm a meat guy/cook, so it matters!). The staff was super friendly (I did speak French to them, but don't think that matters). If I would have one downside, the place is incredibly loud out of itself, but also every 5 minutes they errupted in very very loud happy birthday songs 🤣 I repeat.... Very loud.

The food is very good, the cowboy dessert is huge, the children's menu is great, the kebab is delicious, and the Caesar salad has a very nice smoky flavor.

Overcooked steaks, drinks didn't come first and were wrong in number. Appetizers and salads came after the main meal. Many waiters not doing their job properly as the incomprehension and confusion in the order was evident.

Had dinner at the Silver Spur. Steak was on point. We both had the Scottish flank steak with Chipotle sauce, smoked cheddar potato gratin. Definitely recommend this selection. 3 star service rating is due to being American and not used to the infrequent visits to the table to check on customer satisfaction. Overall great experience!

Magnificent, beautiful place, good food, a little noisy but normal with the amount of people that can fit in there.

I went with my husband on Sunday evening and we had a really great time. The setting is that of a luxury saloon that transports you back in time, to the heart of the Old West. The atmosphere is meticulously crafted, and since it wasn't particularly crowded, we were able to enjoy a quiet and relaxing evening. We had dinner in just an hour. The service was very fast, much appreciated! We started with the non-alcoholic Cactus Cocktail. It was truly delicious, refreshing, and very thirst-quenching. The only slight disappointment was the presentation: we expected it to be served in the signature cactus-shaped glass, which makes this cocktail an icon of the restaurant and truly unique. One of the restaurant's strengths is that it doesn't offer a fixed menu: you're not forced to spend a set amount, and everyone can order whatever they want, even just one dish. We chose an appetizer and a main course. For my appetizer, I had the pulled pork, which was truly delicious, while my husband chose the vegan appetizer, which was also very popular. The real house specialty, however, is the meat. We both ordered the mixed grill (€40 per person) and were thrilled: the meat was of the highest quality, cooked to perfection, and so tender it literally melted in your mouth. It was all accompanied by an exceptional house sauce, a unique combination of barbecue and mustard that paired perfectly with the meat and enhanced its flavor. Another highlight we loved was the open kitchen: you can observe the grill and watch the chefs at work preparing the dishes, a detail that makes the experience even more immersive. Overall, it was an excellent dinner, in a charming setting, with quality food and an authentic Wild West atmosphere. We highly recommend this restaurant to lovers of good meat and those looking for a unique experience at Disneyland Paris.
