Silver Spur Steakhouse sur Chessy

We went to Silver Spur for lunch after having dinner at Captain Jack’s the night before, where we had been quite disappointed, so expectations were honestly fairly low. To our pleasant surprise, Silver Spur turned out to be the complete opposite. Food-wise, this was probably the best meal we had in Disneyland Paris. The steak was genuinely delicious, cooked very well, and much better than we expected from a theme park restaurant. The service was also excellent friendly, attentive, and much more in line with the Disney experience we were hoping for. Overall, a really enjoyable lunch and one of the dining highlights of our trip. Highly recommended, especially if you want a proper sit-down meal with good food rather than just the atmosphere.

Very good restaurant. It was our first time there, and overall the meal went very well. We had reserved a table for 12:15 pm, and we were seated around 12:20 pm. However, there was a bit of a wait to have our order taken—at least 10-15 minutes before a server came to see us. The server was very, very friendly, by the way. We opted for the €45 set menu: starter, main course, and dessert. The salmon was very good, and the side dishes even better: vegetable fritters and Silver rice were delicious. On the other hand, the desserts were disappointing. The mille-feuille was good but rather small, and the pineapple ravioli was too acidic. Let's just say that even I don't understand the concept... I wouldn't order them again; they were bland and tasteless, unfortunately. However, a second visit to this restaurant is not out of the question; the decor is nice and we were very close to the kitchen with the barbecue flames, it was nice.

The food is good but the service is very slow

A rather mixed experience for me ⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment you step inside, you're completely immersed in the Wild West atmosphere. The decor and ambiance are truly well done and contribute fully to the experience. As for the meal, I was personally a little less convinced by my choices and didn't really enjoy my dishes. But as they say, to each their own! My partner, on the other hand, enjoyed his meal much more. It's still an experience I'm glad I tried, especially for the setting and the very immersive atmosphere.

Okay. The food was very unusual and there was very little variety. I wouldn't go back.

Had booked a table for 7:00 PM, was seated at 7:20 PM. The food came very quickly, 10 minutes. Tasty dishes. Small dishes. Fantastic service.

We came as a family. It resembles a gourmet restaurant; the portions are small, but the dishes are excellent. However, when you order beef skewers, you expect something much bigger, not three measly pieces of dry meat on a skewer 😅. In any case, for the price and the portion sizes, I won't be back.

The food was delicious, although the portions weren't quite up to par with the price (my personal opinion), which is to be expected in a place like this. There wasn't a huge variety, at least not on the menus, but everything was well prepared. The staff who served us were very friendly and made an effort to speak our language for our comfort.

We ate there as a group of 3 for lunch and it was very good, the meats were cooked perfectly and the service was very attentive.
