As a kebab regular and originally from the Île-de-France region, I admit I had a hard time finding a good kebab in Rouen, until I stumbled upon Sivas. It's simple: since I tried it, I've never looked anywhere else! Everything is top-notch, I really have nothing to complain about except for one piece of advice: remember to order in advance (by phone) on busy nights, otherwise there might be no more kebab meat; that's what success means! :-)
