Smash BRGR sur Rambouillet

A real gem! I'm completely hooked on their truffle smash burger; it's simply incredible: flavorful, generous, and perfectly balanced. Every visit is a treat. The service is always quick, even when it's busy, and the staff is welcoming and efficient. The ingredients are high-quality, and the portions are generous. If you love good burgers, I recommend this place without hesitation. For me, it's become a sure thing.

We chose this restaurant because the reviews and photos looked so inviting. And we were more than satisfied! The service was quick, the prices reasonable, and most importantly, the food was delicious! The burger, fries, sauce (all homemade), and even the ice cream were all fantastic. I highly recommend it to everyone!

The burgers are very, very good, no complaints there! However, the fries are really disappointing. Admittedly, maintaining the texture is more difficult with takeout, but they're completely soggy, some even undercooked or raw, which is a shame.

Honestly, I expected more from Smash BRGR. Reading other reviews, the place is rather overrated: the fries were very greasy and unpleasant. It's also a real shame you can't order a beer with your burger; only soft drinks or energy drinks are available as an alternative to water... which limits the experience and takes away the pleasure, especially with a burger. The burger was good overall and wasn't heavy. Bottom line: good... but they could do better, especially with the fries.

The service was excellent, but the food was rather average. The takeaway fries were extremely soggy, and the burger (both the classic and the original with homemade sauce) was also just average; perhaps the sauce could have used something extra. The most disappointing thing was the tiramisu, which was simply underwhelming and poor value for money. Looking at the ingredients on the supplier's website is alarming.
