I would have liked to give a better rating because Gregory was great: smiling, attentive and very professional. Unfortunately, my experience was ruined by his two colleagues present today, whose haughty and unpleasant attitude really disappointed me. It's a shame, because with a welcome like Gregory's, the experience could have been perfect.
