I often stop by to get my lemon cake and my little matcha and I'm always warmly welcomed! The team is friendly, helpful and quick.

Just steps from the castle grounds, this little spot for a hot chocolate is well located. It's a shame the service isn't always consistent, sometimes good, sometimes bad. It's a pity, but the place is also pleasant for working.

Classic Starbucks products are industrial, chemical-laden... but hey, it's an accepted constraint in today's corporate world. The establishment is poorly maintained, dirty, and the toilets are substandard. A quick sweep now and then isn't a luxury, it's the bare minimum.

Celia welcomes customers like nowhere else; she's an example for the brand. She should be a manager; she's friendly and, above all, patient. Well done!

It's a good coffee shop, but there are a couple of drawbacks: 1. The internet, as Starbucks positions itself as coffee and internet, is quite slow at 0.28 Mbps, so don't expect good speeds; 2. The restroom is dirty, which spoils the overall experience.

This afternoon, during an outing in town, a child with a disability urgently needed to use a restroom. Accompanied by two adults, we were initially refused access at two different locations before finally being welcomed with understanding. We sincerely thank the staff for their kindness and empathy towards vulnerable individuals. This gesture was greatly appreciated 🥰

We went to Starbucks this morning. I had a hot chocolate with chocolate chips, and my mom had a small coffee. It was very good. It's wheelchair accessible. The place isn't very big, but it's accessible. I highly recommend it! ⭐😁😁🦼
