I really enjoyed it 🥰 the sandwiches are really delicious. Choosing the composition makes them even better. It's very clean and the service was very friendly. I really recommend this restaurant, you will love it 👍

the waitress who took care of my condiments was unprofessional she turned her head to talk to her colleagues after asking me what I wanted, which meant I had to keep repeating myself she ignored my requests (she asked me if I wanted some sauce, turned her head again to argue without even giving me time to respond, and directly closed the sandwich after that), and when I asked for guacamole last, she made a rather passive aggressive remark to me, which was, I quote "you had to say it first if you wanted guacamole". how am I supposed to know this? 💀

A long queue this afternoon, they apologized for the wait and explained to us that they were trying to place Uber orders at the same time as customers Thanks to the lady at the checkout for the cookies, we appreciated the gesture We saw people leaving without being served, there was a confusion, so I wanted to put an opinion on my visit because despite the wait we were very well served and I understand that some jobs are not easy

It’s a subway that I go to regularly because it’s the closest to my house. But I wanted to report my mishap to the manager.. a crazy crowd as usual at 12 p.m. ALL SERVERS processed uber eat orders at least 7-8 hours minimum during rush hour. It was then that a gentleman behind me asked if they were going to be served because they were working again? The young waiter responds, well, we’re not finished, but otherwise, leave! With a confident air you are not happy, go look elsewhere! Very shocked, I also decided to leave! despite the fact that I had been waiting for 20 minutes, and fortunately there were at least 5 people leaving, shocked, by this welcome so often repeated unfortunately!

As a fan of this chain that we really like in the family, I wanted to leave a review for just one restaurant. The one in the Grand Vitrolles shopping center. The staff is trained to be so stingy that the sandwiches are thinner and thinner every time I go there... The manager is not at all welcoming and as a result, the employees are in the same mood! It’s sad because those around us are really great and I also wanted to say thank you to them.

For me I give a 5/5 for the young man who served me. He is professional. My sandwich was excellent.

Confined space, not noisy, clean, the staff is attentive and smiling 😃 this is a change from that of St Victôret which is quite the opposite 🤢🤢🤮!
