I have been taking subs (very) regularly for many years. Very frankly disappointed, I find that overall the prices of sandwiches have completely increased: the franchise is gradually losing its "fast food" label. In fact, I find that given the prices, it is no longer so interesting to go to Subway. Better to have a dish in a small restaurant now at the limit. Then, I was quite shocked at the lack of meat on my sandwich: two spoons for my sub30, really not more (presence of the manager?). A few slices of vegetables but once again the quantity is not there, I ate my Subway and I was still hungry. Perhaps it would be time to review this policy: is it better to spend a little more and build customer loyalty or is it better to take the risk of losing a fairly loyal customer permanently? First time I'm hungry after my sub30 menu.
My last visit was on 04/23 at noon, since then I sincerely hesitate to go back.
In summary :
No problem with the reception or the cuisine itself, but problem with the price and quantity...
A lady served my son today (8 years old) who did not know the principle of choice. She took the time to explain to him, he was delighted! And enjoyed it!
