Excellent experience! The staff are pleasant, welcoming, and always smiling. The service is quick, even when it's busy. The self-service kiosks are a real bonus for saving time, and the option to order online is very convenient. The meals are well-prepared, and the service is efficient. I highly recommend it!

I can only give a positive review. They were very understanding after we made a mistake: we had called to place our order, but the person who was supposed to pick it up had the wrong address. It was only after realizing that what we were eating wasn't from there that we informed the vendor, who was very understanding. We are regular customers and are never disappointed, and we will definitely come back, making sure we get the address right this time… Thank you so much!

The kebab shop staff are always polite and smiling. The meat has changed; personally, I prefer the chicken to the veal. Before, it was veal and turkey, which was good, but only occasionally. Now, honestly, the portions are always decent, except for the fries, lol. But otherwise, it's homemade, and they don't make a big deal out of it, you know? Hagondange Metz, lol, we understand each other.

As a customer since 2012, I'm really disappointed with the new homemade kebabs! The texture and taste of the veal aren't up to par, whereas your kebabs used to be the best in the area! Fortunately, the staff are still as friendly as ever, but I really hope you'll go back to the good meat you used to serve (and remember to salt the fries) 😉
