A wide selection of very generous and well-presented dishes, all prepared fresh to order. A special mention for the Dragon Crunch 🐉 (you can ask for it without nori seaweed). The owners are very welcoming, and the restaurant is spotless. It's incomparable to any other restaurant in the area; I've found my go-to spot!

I've lived in Châteauneuf-les-Martigues for several years, but this was my first time trying L'Instant Sushi. It was simply fantastic! The delivery was faster than expected, which was great, and the sushi was delicious. I highly recommend it and can't wait to order again soon.

By far the best sushi! We've been customers for years and today we wanted to order, but unfortunately the restaurant is closed for vacation. So we ordered elsewhere, and this only reinforces my opinion that no other restaurant can compare to Instant Sushi! Highly recommended!

The food is excellent and the atmosphere is great, thanks to the servers for that, especially Johan! We've been coming every 6 weeks for 6 years and that's not about to change!

20/06/2026: For my birthday, I was delighted by the warm welcome from Florie and her team. My guests and I loved the buffet, which was also very generous and varied. The room was spacious, and the air conditioning was much appreciated in the heat. The best part was the pastry chef's delicious cream puff cake, which I found excellent. Thank you again, Florie.
