Nice surprise, a welcome and an atypical place to discover!

We were passing through, and we were received very well! Very good cook too! We recommend 100%

We arrived here (at the new location in Saint-Fort-Sur-Gironde), so not on the beach) , more or less by accident as there were not that many restaurants in that area. We were first surprised by the strange interior and furniture, the second hand books and records. But combined with the warm welcome and service it was part of a great experience. And also the food was much better then you maybe first would expect. Small but great burgers (you know what I mean ;) ) with the perfect homemade frites. Certainly worth a try.

It is a shame that the answering machine does not indicate that the restaurant is closed. This would have saved an hour of driving. We will try the experience again.

Service and above all A lady of a certain age With unfailing humor What a moment

My friend and I arrived at this café by chance while we were hiking for several days. The owner welcomed us with a smile, served us two veggie burritos which were great! He took care of us throughout the past two hours. We were able to immerse ourselves in an old black and white western that he put on TV, discover the books and vinyls that he offers for sale. Incredible favorite, generosity and kindness of the owners: we were in heaven! I recommend this address to anyone in need of simplicity, culture and sincerity. We ate very well, brownie and carrot cake for dessert! Thank you for bringing such calm villages to life by offering a great atmosphere and cuisine! Looking forward to coming back :-)
