UBUD sur Marseille

19/09/2024: Pretentious wait staff who seemed annoyed to service us. Poured the wine and dripped it over the table after the pour. White wine served with ice. Bouillabaise had to be constantly warmed up as the broth came 1st and the fishes as a secondary.

16/09/2024: This is a place that operates both a hotel and a restaurant. I visited Marseille on the recommendation of a local, and it was an unforgettable experience. At first glance, it may have a fishy smell depending on the person, but the white wine I drank together (I ordered Cassis wine) clearly balances out the taste of the seafood. They always provided delicious soups, so even though I only ordered Bouillabaisse, I was very full and enjoyed it. It is said to be a leading restaurant serving authentic bouillabaisse in Marseille, so we highly recommend making a reservation before visiting!
