Wafu sur Vauxbuin

13/08/2024: Nous avons été très bien reçus, les entrées sont arrivées extrêmement rapidement et étaient délicieuses ! De même pour les plats, super bons et très copieux. Les desserts sont également arrivés très vite, environ 2-3 minutes après avoir passé commande, et eux aussi étaient excellents ! Je vous chaudement ce restaurant !

06/05/2024: Convenient restaurant in Soissons for lunch. Very clean restaurant with comfortable seating. Spicy burger was served hot and very tasty. Service was very good. Large menu with lots of choices. Update: Stopped by early (1800) on a Monday evening and were the only ones in the restaurant upon arrival. Service was excellent and again the food was very good as it was the last time we were here a few years ago. Started with Finger food assortment (Cheddar sticks, Roman-style deep-fried calamari, spicy onion rings, salsa and tartar sauce, French fries, tortilla chips) which was served hot and was tasty, especially the fried calamari. For my main meal, I thoroughly enjoyed the Mediterranean salad (Marinated chicken with espelette pepper, mini-chorizo, ash-matured goat’s cheese, orzo (small Italian pasta), marinated cherry tomatoes, savory granola, salad leaves, lemon and honey vinaigrette) which was fresh and delicious. Also ordered a West Side Burger (ground beef patty, sheep’s milk cheese with espelette pepper, chorizo cream, sweet pepper, caramelised onions, salad leaves, burger sauce, multigrain bun) which was served hot and was very tasty. For dessert, tried the Moelleux au chocolat (Vanilla cream and whipped cream) which was sweet but delicious.
