Hotel warned of difficulties in honoring the reservation: no interest in our problem because we reserved through booking and non-refundable room. despite the travel difficulties, we made the trip to honor the 2nd night. And there, we learned that our reservation had quite simply been canceled by the hotel and the room re-rented!! “You had to read the clauses of the booking contract…”
