10/01/2026: On January 10, 2026, I went to McDonald's. There was no one there, so I placed my order. A crowd arrived, and people left with their orders. After waiting 45 minutes to an hour, I felt I had been more than patient and went to see the manager to ask for an explanation. Without knowing anything, he told me they had a problem. After a while, I went back. The manager asked me what was in my order, even though he had the order slip I had given him. He just kept going in circles, and the manager didn't react at all. They remade the order, but I didn't have the energy to check because I had the children with me. When I got home, my order was a complete mess. Things were missing, and they had put in different hamburgers than what I had ordered. There were no reactions, no apologies, no gesture of goodwill; instead, they seemed relaxed. The manager was nonexistent and completely useless. If you don't go to them and ask why you haven't received your order, even though they're right in front of you giving orders to people who arrived after you, nothing seems amiss to them. I went into the Ma Do, there were no other customers, I had already paid, and people arrived much later. They called 4485, gave my order to someone else, and then told me that 4482 had already been dispatched, except that when they called 4482, they called 4485. I realized their mistake; they were still trying to figure it out. All they could do was blame the customer they gave my order to. Where's the manager in terms of problem-solving? They just pass the buck to the supervisor, who was completely lost. I'm sorry, but at some point, you have to react! In the past, I had to replace my manager and handle problems in my previous job, and they weren't hamburger problems, but dental issues! When you're supposedly a manager, you have a duty to react, take the initiative, and handle problems, not pretend to be overwhelmed and then realize that some customers have been waiting for over an hour, even though they saw us come in and wait while other customers arrived and left! There's already a problem there; you wake up and react! Action/reaction, you don't just stand there, daydreaming! No gesture of goodwill, no apologies, and an order that wasn't complete. Items were missing, the wrong hamburgers and desserts, and mistakes in the drinks order—some were missing! I expect a response, an explanation, and some kind of compensation! Paying for an incorrect, incomplete order, and waiting over an hour with children, and no reaction whatsoever! Bravo, unacceptable, inadmissible! A manager who's useless, except for pretending to work and being overwhelmed!
06/12/2025: McDonald's is abandoned. No cleanliness, unsanitary condition. Not recommended.
