24/10/2026: The order took a very long time to arrive and was cold upon arrival. Cleanliness is unacceptable, especially in the restrooms where the smell is nauseating. I absolutely do not recommend this place. We used the click and collect service the day before and waited 45 minutes – that's unacceptable!

18/10/2026: I placed a large order to go. First of all, the machine didn’t print a receipt. And it didn’t print receipts for the people behind me either. And that needs to be checked. Next, I ordered two coffee glaces. They looked better in the photo—they were supposed to have lots of whipped cream or ice cream. But it turned out to be just plain coffee with nothing on top. It was just awful. Then I went to pick up my order—I didn’t have a receipt, just the payment confirmation on my phone. And they didn’t want to give it to me because there was no receipt. But that’s their problem. Also, I was speaking English, and she came up to me but didn’t understand me. I think they should understand English for the tourists, of whom there are many there. I communicated with her through a translator. But after a few minutes of talking, I explained what I’d ordered, and she gave me my order. So, in my opinion, the service here is terrible—I won’t be coming back. I hope you’ll make some changes.
