26/01/2026: We came this Sunday. Without a reservation, because when we called to reserve, we were told they didn't accept reservations. Were we lucky or not? We arrived around 12:30 PM. There were four of us. We didn't even take off our jackets because we were freezing (in a drafty situation with the door constantly opening to turn away numerous people who were refused entry because they didn't have a reservation... and there were many). We placed our order. Not only were tables that arrived after us served before us, but our service wasn't as smooth as we had hoped. About 50 minutes after ordering, two people at our table received their drinks but not their food, and the other two received their food but not their drinks... we had to wait another 10 minutes for everyone to get their food and drinks... But of course, one of the dishes we ordered wasn't what we requested, since we had asked for the burger without raclette cheese, and it had raclette cheese. So, my plate went back to the kitchen, and I had to wait another ten minutes. My plate came back, but with just the burger and no sides; the fries had disappeared... as a result, the four of us ate at different times. Frankly, I was very disappointed. The only positive point was that the waitresses were very friendly.

24/01/2026: Good. A bit pricey for the quality. Slow service and served cold.

01/07/2025: Great for the evening!!! However, avoid it for morning coffee; the serene is as unpleasant as can be.

28/06/2025: The bartender was nice but the server was horrible, he spoke badly and pushed you to get through, so you did your best to be stuck at the bar, knowing that there were very few people. I had a simple lemonade, it wasn't even fizzy (check your PETs maybe?). I was just passing through, so I wouldn't recommend it. Have a nice day :).

14/01/2026: Well, it says "Happy Hour" Monday to Wednesday from 5 PM to 12:45 AM, and we go to get more at 11:15 PM but they tell us no because they're closing soon? Google says they close at 12:30 AM? What's the logic?

11/01/2026: Well... we came to see the Toulouse-Saracens rugby match and when the football match started they turned off the sound... Not very nice... so we left, very disappointed, and given the comments, we understand....
