01/04/2026: I went to this McDonald's last night with my four-year-old daughter (March 31, 2026). Well, food-wise, it's McDonald's, far from haute cuisine, but that's not what you're looking for when you go to this type of establishment (fast food). I was served quickly, but the reason for my message is the service. The young man who looked after me and my daughter was very pleasant and did everything to ensure the meal went smoothly. He gave my daughter drawings and crayons, and he explained the new menu items to me. I don't know his name; he was a redhead with glasses, and if management sees this message, please do everything you can to keep him because he's truly worth it.

30/03/2026: Order placed today and the feedback can only be negative. Your prices are outrageous! Do we now have to pay extra for a sugary Coke? Are your McSmart meals a joke? Is the second item now an extra charge? +1.20? Aren't you ashamed of your misleading advertising? Because this meal now costs €6.79 with your extra charges on sugary drinks and the second item. You really should change the price of your meal, which is a complete and utter lie. And don't even get me started on your order management. I paid for an order over the phone to receive it, and it was supposedly "refunded" because it didn't go through. I had to pay a second time at the counter! (It's best if I'm not charged twice, otherwise you might see me again, and with the price of diesel, it won't be a courtesy visit!!) Attached is a photo of my fries with the best-of menu -> another disgrace for you. Don't be surprised if we go to your competitors next door; you're thieves!
