24/02/2026: What can I say... extremely disappointing! We come to this restaurant very regularly, and it's usually very good... Tonight it was really terrible. No greeting upon arrival, no salad, no bread, and no children's snack bags. Drinks were served at the same time as the main course, but the beer was forgotten and served at the end of the meal. I also found a wooden skewer in the hamburger; luckily I opened it before eating!

22/02/2026: My wife and I come to the Buffalo Grill in Saint-Amand-les-Eaux a few times a year. The service is always impeccable, and we're served quickly, even when we order a platter and an aperitif before our meal! Just one comment, which I mentioned to the waitress last time: I always order a mojito. A mojito should be served with crushed ice, or at a pinch, ice cubes, but serving a mojito at room temperature is really not ideal… and using a simple water glass is a nice touch. Please make an effort on this one point!
