11/09/2026: As a long-time customer, I've rarely been satisfied with my orders: items are often missing (like a small hamburger or sauce), the fries are cold or undercooked, the drinks taste bad, etc... 😐
Lately (well, for over a month now), the drinks have been served lukewarm due to a "broken ice machine." Are ice machine repairmen becoming extinct?! 🫡 🤔
