15/09/2026: A very good experience. We arrived at 2:30 pm, later than the lunchtime service at other restaurants, and were warmly welcomed by a friendly waitress and a chef who, despite the late hour, was there to serve our burgers. My only slight complaint is the price of the burgers, but this includes unlimited drinks and, if I understood correctly, unlimited fries. Of course, the burger itself was quite generous, so we didn't even need to ask for more fries. I'm very happy I came and was so well received! Thank you both.

13/09/2026: Today, September 2026, new Route 66 sign: we arrived at 12:45 PM and left at 1:30 PM without our order being taken. There were three servers, three tables, and one other server who arrived after us had their order taken, but ours wasn't, so we went to the other table. There wasn't a soul around. The table next to us was complaining about the temperature of the food. And the servers just watched us wait while they went to get a drink... Change businesses or staff. Previous review from the Memphis days: only the setting and the themed decor remain interesting. The service was very slow, and the interactions with the server need improvement in terms of language skills (as he put it: "A brothel at his age"). Regarding the meal, it was fine for children. For adults, it was very bland and heavy. And yet another restaurant that can't even make a Caesar salad for €16 (the salad wasn't curly endive and baby spinach, but romaine lettuce...). The price/quality ratio is not good. Too expensive for fast food.
