04/05/2026: So, unfortunately, I'm forced to go through this process because you're ignoring the follow-ups from KFC headquarters. My children and I had food poisoning from your chicken. I opened a case and sent three follow-ups, but you're turning a blind eye. I requested a refund for my order, but you haven't responded.

03/05/2026: We order often because we like it, but the service at the Villiers location always leaves much to be desired. They forgot a fry and the dessert for one of the children… last time, they were missing the children's drinks and dessert, but since they didn't offer me a receipt, I couldn't get a refund on the KFC website, even though I had a copy of the initial receipt on my bank account. Frankly, it's frustrating.

We were with friends, a group of four adults and three children (ages 8 to 10), and everyone, without exception, was completely won over. The immersion is simply incredible: every detail counts, from the meticulously crafted sets to the remarkable performances of the actors, who were always spot-on and fully committed. The village is alive, teeming with quests and surprises, and the interactions with the characters make the experience even more intense and personalized. You don't just watch; you truly become part of the adventure. Adults and children alike loved going on missions, solving puzzles, and participating in battles. There's a perfect balance between exploration, quests, and action, allowing everyone to find something to enjoy. The organization is seamless, the staff are welcoming and passionate, and you can feel a genuine focus on the visitor experience. In short, an extraordinary, immersive, and memorable adventure. You'll leave with stars in your eyes… and only one desire: to go back as soon as possible!

11/03/2026: The sandwiches are very well made! We get takeout very often, and we've never been disappointed! The owners are lovely! The meat is beyond excellent! I only get my kebabs from them now! I highly recommend it!

30/01/2026: 90% fries in their tacos, 5% meat, and 5% air. It's simply shameful. Plus, it was dry; they clearly used very little sauce to save money. You couldn't even taste the cheese sauce, even though I asked for a lot. I'll never go back.
