06/04/2024: Steak for two wasn’t cook and it was hard. The restaurant has no air circulation and we couldn’t wait to leave. Then around 3:30 we both got sick.

I leave this message for the manager.
I experienced your restaurant in 2019, and I come to eat in your restaurant at least twice a month and everything has always been perfect.
I always make my reservation before coming, and today there was a young new waitress who didn't make my reservation correctly and I couldn't have dinner.
I'm so angry because when I complained she just replied that there was a mistake, nothing more.
I know you have a lot of customers.
But after today I would no longer be one of your customers.

11/05/2024: This place is money hungry. An entrance fee for a salsa night … sure but then they want to charge 2 euros for each item: your shoes (if you dance salsa you know you don’t wear them in the street and you’re suppose to change by the cashier ?) if your purse is too big (it was a small crossbody with my documentation to go back home). I did see the bad reviews prior to going but wanted to check it out myself. Glad I left as plenty of great socials back home in NJ/NY. Basically if you’re a salsa dancer don’t go here
02/05/2024: We had a very good birthday evening thanks to the welcome from Doli who was exemplary: smiling, available with a lot of humor :).
Thanks to her as well as to the talented and caring dance teachers. You have created this beautiful atmosphere at Pachanga! A special dedication to Simba, the king of Brazilian zouk!
