18/03/2026: A delicious stop during our journey between Nice and Clermont-Ferrand. The crêpes are wonderful, the welcome warm, and the place charming. Plus, you can have lunch very late. Can't wait for our next trip!

A wonderful family birthday meal at Restaurant Les Sapins. The setting is enchanting with its elegant dining room and panoramic views of the forest.
Bravo to the chef for his memorable trout with crayfish flambéed in cognac and to the chef for her exquisite Ardèche Escapade. Everything is homemade, showcasing local products with rare finesse. From the amuse-bouche to the coffee, the presentation is a true work of art.

You'll be welcomed with kindness, smiles, and a friendly atmosphere. But above all, you'll enjoy delicious, homemade local dishes. So stop by; you won't regret it.
