19/02/2024: Very nice stopover on the way back from the weekend. Relaxing atmosphere and the boss is very welcoming. Tasting a crepe in front of a wood fire was a real pleasure.

17/03/2024: A very nice discovery, this pizzeria. Very pleasant welcome, pizzas each more appetizing than the last, the choice was difficult but largely rewarded by what was served to us. the pizzas are a good size, generously garnished, the dough perfect and turned out like you sometimes see in the movies. In short, nothing to do with what you might find at the truck. In short, I know where to look for it in the future. Many thanks and see you soon

20/03/2024: A delicious stopover and very pleasantly surprised by the welcome, the service, the decor, a quiet and heated restaurant... how nice it is. We took the menu at 22 and through the dishes we really traveled, taste-wise and the very careful presentation. In short, we will make sure to stop there during our next visits. When we go down towards the south before returning home in the fog we always come across the Logis Hôtel des Sapins on the side of the road for more than 20 years in the scenario of the same beautiful story as Michel Fugain sings. It is a family establishment where the father works in the kitchen, the mother at the reception and the daughter is the heir to a hotel tradition which has never wavered and which is preparing to take up the torch by sharpening its art under the eternal oak of the experience of his parents. This establishment is the incarnation of excellence in the chance of a geographical balance between the highlands of the Ardèche and Altiligerian borders and the promise of a south just at the foot of the Col de la Chavade march. Everything is balanced in this flawless service between local culinary culture and the modernity of the dishes offered. The pastry chef has been lulled too much by the waves of La Burle and the furious natural scenery of Martine in the mountains. On the blank page of her dessert plates she expressed her overflow of sweet, happy stories with only her mastered technique and her unbridled concepts as her pencil. Authentic notoriety is not measured by the yardstick of communication but by the price of stubborn work madly in love with experience and know-how in the same way that the sea shapes the beach: always starting again. Sunday we will come for lunch.
