20/02/2024: A disaster, room that does not correspond to my reservation. Infected with insects such as scorpions, lizards and spiders!!!! An absentee manager who blocks your number if you are unfortunate enough to report the problem to them. Swimming pool without safety, children are in danger and overall, dilapidated site. Look elsewhere or you will have an unpleasant stay.

19/12/2023: At Odalys, everything is approximate, made up of odds and ends. Almost all the wall sockets are torn out. The microwave makes a thunderous noise. The fridge is shaking and full of screws and nuts. The vacuum cleaner is in 4 parts and obviously does not vacuum. The walls are not straight and the windows are not fitted: insects are therefore kings there (spiders and scorpions present by the dozen upon arrival!! and to be cleaned every day). The shutter is also repaired by a screw and almost falls each time it is opened. The toilet flushes every other time and the brush is broken. Our neighbors no longer have air conditioning and when they arrived, cigarette butts were crushed in coffee cups and the trash bins were not emptied. There is no Check-in or Check-out. When you go to reception to inform them and object, you are kindly told that “that’s how it is” and overall no one will ever intervene. The staff is so nice but either ignorant and hand-tied or they are jaded and no longer care about any problem and just give you a smile. The swimming pools are of good quality and satisfy children. The safety of the slides is not assured. You will be asked to come in a swimsuit and without swim shorts (very subjective definitions and reasons) but no control will ever be exercised: you can therefore go in swim trunks! There are a lot of wasps around the pool. The refreshment bar is decent with pleasant entertainment. The drinks are good. The children's club is also quite high quality and free, which is nice to be able to have a few hours without the children!
