Your patience and understanding have been invaluable, especially given the internal instability we experienced due to staff shortages. We also wish to apologize if the service sometimes seemed slow. It is important for us to clarify that every lunchtime, except Wednesdays and Saturdays, my daughter Amy was managing both the kitchen and the dining room on her own.
