I looked around their buffet but couldn't find it, so I thought I'd find a seat and have an aperitif and then order whatever else I wanted later. Then a waiter who was taking the order from the next table clearly said to me, word for word: "WHY DID YOU SIT DOWN?" ​​I politely replied that I sat down to eat, and he retorted: "IT'S OUR JOB TO SEAT YOU."
