In short, he's odious, disrespectful, and takes advantage of people with their lottery tickets to steal their money. Avoid it! 13/01/2026: The person who greeted me was very friendly, that's not the issue. The problem is that I asked for something, and the salesperson gave it to me, assuring me that it was what I needed. Fine. It turns out it had nothing to do with my request. I kindly kept the product, and what a surprise to discover that the refills aren't even compatible with the device, rendering it unusable.
