01/08/2026: A very disappointing experience at Veng Hour in Val d'Europe. The food quality has clearly declined. The dishes lack flavor and no longer justify the prices. The dining area is also very disappointing: the whole place gives an impression of neglect and decay, making it absolutely uninviting to sit down and enjoy a meal. The worst part was the steamed shrimp ravioli, which had an extremely unpleasant taste, with a strong odor and an aftertaste reminiscent of sewage. I simply couldn't finish them. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and I unfortunately no longer recommend this restaurant.

01/08/2026: For the past month, the quality of the products has plummeted. We are extremely disappointed. It's as if the entire team has changed.

20/08/2026: Great bubble tea with excellent and very friendly service

17/08/2026: Absolutely fantastic! The bubble teas are delicious, not too sweet, and the tapioca pearls are super fresh. They even have different toppings in addition to the classic bubbles. The staff is incredibly friendly and the service is fast, even when it's busy. A great break during shopping at Val d'Europe; I'll definitely be back.
