08/11/2024: I ordered a Ban mih to take away: 80% of a large white baguette with inside, two thirds of grated carrots, 3 slices of cucumber and 4 small pieces of tasteless chicken, including one with the fat . Waiting time: 15 min. If you like good bread and sandwiches, choose the good bakeries nearby
05/11/2024: I'm used to ordering from this restaurant, but this evening, big surprise... (I'm being nice, we'll even skip the usual pitiful welcome which has become routine). I order a pho to take away (I'm there), I present my restaurant tickets immediately upon entering the restaurant and the person at reception tells me that she does not take these tickets (I specify that she had the seems to be in a hurry I wonder why because there is no customer in the room). I say ok, goodbye thank you and I leave (I've already used these tickets in restaurants so I don't understand but I tell myself it's not a big deal). I come back a few minutes later with this time some kind and she tells me that she won't take my order because I left without saying anything and she had to throw my order away. I am STUNNED! I entered the restaurant for a few seconds, taking 3 steps from the front door to the counter. When was she able to send my order to the chef and ESPECIALLY when was my order already ready?? At no time did she go to the kitchen. Is it wonder woman?? Does she have telepathy? I am really shocked!!! This is the first time something like this has happened to me. The worst thing is to make me come across as disrespectful. Am I a savage for “leaving a restaurant without saying anything”? Even if this were the case (which is completely false), what right do you have to refuse my order? I wanted to please my daughter who wanted a pho that will be for another time but not at their place and ultimately so much the better!! Good luck for the future because if this is how you treat the usual customers in the neighborhood it risks becoming complicated for the management of the restaurant. Customers don't have to pay for your poor reception management or whatever..
