Hippopotamus Niort
Niort
01/09/2026: The wait between courses was too long. The beef tataki was inedible, too tough. The steak tartare was sloppily cut with a knife. The tartare preparation wasn't great. Consider changing the head chef. I know the Hippopotamus in Nancy very well; it's perfect. Find the people in charge, or you'll go out of business.
31/08/2026: As usual, very good, fairly quick service, very pleasant waitresses and waiters

13/09/2026: The price-quality ratio is quite reasonable, with fast and professional service. And the icing on the cake is that they even think of dogs. Thank you for this experience.
12/09/2026: Excellent service, great food, the staff is friendly, especially the owner! I highly recommend it!
