22/09/2024: Deplorable. No reception. Open room but no one to welcome. After 15 minutes of waiting we headed towards the staff who never got up to tell us that it was closed due to a supposed lack of staff. Scandalous. Never seen in 40 years

21/09/2024: We came to eat on Friday lunchtime, the welcome was already very cold. Not a smile. We were served by a waitress who didn't really listen to what we said to her. We didn't have a welcome salad or a bread basket, I ordered a rare cheese burger and I had a cold and very cooked blue burger. The playroom is really very sad in fact there are no games. The floor was disgusting and sticky, the baby's high chair which I had to clean several times to get it clean. . I am really disappointed and shocked. I've been going to this chain since I was little. I love the spirit that reigns there but I will never go back there. To flee.
