02/04/2024: Too long to wait for a cold hamburger I asked for a quiet table I ended up with a noisy table of 8 people very disappointed

01/04/2024: We visited this restaurant recently enjoying delicious meals, including a raclette burger with pepper sauce (highly recommended) & an entrecôte, all with hot & crispy fries. The waiter was charming, funny & took great care of us. Toilets and a play area for young people are located on the 1st floor of the restaurant. There is also outdoor seating with a small play area for small children. The restaurant has amole parking. We visited this restaurant recently & enjoyed delicious meals, notably a raclette burger with a peppercorn sauce (highly recommend) & a ribeye steak, all with hot & crispy chips. The waiter was charming, funny & took very good care of us. Toilets & a games area for the young are located on 1st floor of restaurant. There is outside seating with a little play area for young children. There is ample parking. ------------------------------- My family and I visited Buffalo Grill (Rouen) last Sunday where we had to wait a bit because they were so busy and we didn't have a reservation. The waitress was welcoming and friendly and we followed her to our table. Some members of my family had the entrecôtes and fries, I had the steak marinated with 3 peppers. Mine was a bit hard at the edges but the taste was fantastic. I asked for my steak to be medium rare but it was a little undercooked and a little red in it for me. I'm sure if I had asked the waitress, she would have changed it but I could see that everyone was busy. I ate it and I liked it but I would have preferred it a little more cooked. The fries were crispy and good. My family & I visited Buffalo Grill (Rouen) last Sunday where we had to wait a little, as they were very busy & we hadn't reserved a table. The waitress was friendly/welcoming & we followed her to our table. Some of my relatives had ribeye steak, I had steak marinated in 3 peppers. Mine was a little chewy on the edges but the taste was great. I asked for a steak medium rare, it was a little kunder cooked for me & a little red still. I'm sure if I'd asked the waitress, she would have changed it for me although I could see all were very busy. I ate it & did enjoy it despite preferring it a little more cooked. The chips were crispy & good.

04/04/2024: So where to start ?? I place an order the same evening for 3 menus, I leave with half of my order. The next day I came back to collect my 3 missing sandwiches, on the phone I was told about a commercial gesture, but nothing was done apart from my 3 sandwiches. I find this unacceptable, I do not recommend this fast food at all. I moved from Langon to Villenave d'Ornon for that, it's pitiful.

02/04/2024: I just placed an order on Uber Eat, I took a Tower Spicy, we found the burger relatively light, normal no chicken inside, an air burger doesn't interest me, and on top of that the lines are busy so it's not possible to contact you, be a little more careful next time
