He was so kind and professional, a quality that's becoming increasingly rare these days. We need to keep young people like him; they're invaluable! The burger was served cold, cooked to a near-blue state with frozen ingredients—it's just too difficult. The burger was reheated (not remade) but came back overcooked.
No water was served at the table despite three requests, even though the restaurant was empty at lunchtime. We understand why...
