Les meilleurs restaurants en Les Baux-De-Provence

06/09/2024: We wanted to eat here on a trip to Les Baux. Despite clearly having a sign out front that service was until 3.30pm, when we politely asked, at 2.30pm, if there was a table available, the staff shouted at us from across the restaurant that they were closed. They ran across to us and shooed us out of the door. At one point they actually laid hands on my daughter to shove her out. I have never experienced such rudeness. Please do not frequent this establishment. Other reviews have also commented on this. Go elsewhere in Les Baux.

28/08/2024: Repas excellent, cadre charmant, accueil et personnel très agréable, les poissons et les légumes étaient parfaits. Les desserts délicieux.

25/08/2024: Very friendly welcome, only small downside we had reserved well in advance for six people, the meal was good but light in quantity and surprisingly when we asked for a dessert there was none. Not even a scoop of ice cream or any other offer.... really too bad.

24/08/2024: During a family stay in the region we were able to eat very good pizzas. The setting is very pleasant, the service top-notch, the pizzas delicious. Being a vegetarian, I enjoyed the 4 cheeses and the burrata. Don't hesitate to take a look.

06/10/2024: Very good time spent in this microcosm of the 60s variety. The place is very clean, the toilets are cramped and unsanitary, but I didn't come for them. On the reception side, correct then relaxed, we feel the accumulated fatigue, I ran 3 restaurants for more than 20 years, and I know this fatigue very well. The dishes and desserts are excellent, the bull steaks were cooked just right and the apple tarts reminded us of our childhood and our respective parents' desserts. Go ahead and give your best smile to this working France. Catering is a passion, but also physically demanding work. Your customer from yesterday afternoon with his cane.

06/10/2024: After looking at the dishes and prices of the restaurants on the way out, I chose this restaurant on the way back without looking at the reviews. I have no regrets. At 1:20 p.m., the restaurant was full (16 seats inside). The restaurant owner asked us to wait 10 minutes, no reservation. I preferred to wait than choose another restaurant where there was room. The meal was very good (the bull steak with excellent homemade ratatouille with small pieces of garlic placed on the rice, the 2 sticks of biscuits as decoration are superfluous and the homemade dessert (apple pie, I asked to heat it a little because I prefer the tart warm and the restaurateur kindly did it). The service was pleasant and the 60s style and the music were an opportunity to immerse ourselves in our family memories. Value for money. is more than correct. The restaurant is very well decorated in its theme. We had a great time.

14/09/2024: Perfecto para pasar un buen momento, hemos comido unos crepes muy buenos con la vista perfecta. El servicio es rápido y Paco en el bar te hace dar ganas de quedarte.

19/08/2024: We went a second time (the first time was ok - we only wanted a coffee and a pain au chocolat. The lady was friendly, the price ok). Second time around, we were served by a man who insisted on speaking English, which really irritated me as I like to make the effort to speak French. No menu provided. We ordered 2 coffees and 1 waffle (supermarket bought for sure). On paying, he wanted €16! I asked to see the menu but was given some excuse. Avoid! He must be friends with the Nougat people across the way as they wanted to charge €30 for a small slither of nougat! A pity as lots of the other shops/traders sell beautiful things at a reasonsble price. Reine Jeanne was a very pleasant restaurant in which to have dinner - perhaps try there!!

03/09/2024: Late arrivals, after 3 p.m. We were able to eat a hot panini. Cold drink, fresh salads prepared in a bowl. There is choice. In addition, the welcome was friendly and the installation was quick. It was very good.

30/08/2024: Lieu très sympathique. Nous nous sommes arrêtés pour le déjeuner et le personnel était tellement sympathique que nous y sommes retourné pour un petit goûter. Et nous avons pas regretté car nous nous sommes régaler.

11/12/2024: Endroit superbe , belle table , et bon service , belle carte Simplement le faux fillet angus servi le 11 /12 à midi n’ était pas frais , un steak cuisson “bleu” qui sentait l avarié sur une partie du morceau et la couleur non cuite était marron / vert

10/12/2024: Le restaurant nous a surtout attiré par la vue proposée en terrasse, ainsi que les plats proposés à la carte. Si vous souhaitez une place avec vue, je vous conseille de réserver... Sinon, vous allez être déçus comme nous... Nous nous sommes retrouvés sur la terrasse du devant. L'endroit reste, malgré tout, charmant. Le service du personnel était assez expéditif... Nos plats étaient bons, mais sans être exceptionnels. Nous étions assez étonnés vu les prix affichés à la carte. Un petit goût de trop peu au niveau gustatif. Le prix payé est sûrement lié à la vue proposé l'arrière du restaurant...
