13/10/2026: My partner and I wanted to celebrate our civil partnership in this incredible place, and we were thrilled! First, the table (there were about ten of us) was beautifully set and decorated with fresh flowers from the garden. Then, the private area we had reserved was close enough to the restaurant to offer us a sense of intimacy. As for the food, we had a choice of fish, meat, or vegetarian options. Everything was seasonal, and the flavors were refined and sophisticated. In short, we had a wonderful meal! We even got a little tour of the kitchen using the solar lens, plus a walk through the vegetable garden with Mona. 18/08/2026: A WONDERFUL DISCOVERY. You step through the door and find yourself in a clean, beautifully decorated, and welcoming dining room. You immediately feel at ease. You can watch the chef preparing your meal. For starters, a magnificent burrata salad—fresh, bursting with flavor, and made exclusively with high-quality ingredients! For our main course, a homemade burger, our two different cooking requests were perfectly respected. A generous portion, quality ingredients, and everything is homemade! We enjoyed a glass of red wine to accompany our meal, and it was remarkably good. The welcome and service were impeccable. We highly recommend it and will definitely return on our next visit to Château Gombert.
