06/04/2026: We had a wonderful Easter brunch! 🐣 Plenty of choices, both savory and sweet, everything was excellent, including mini burgers served fresh. The children loved it and enjoyed the garden. Vincent was very attentive to our needs. We'll definitely be back for family celebrations. I highly recommend it.

10/06/2026: Simple and efficient, great deal with a 2-sandwich meal for €4.95. I was surprised by the cleanliness and the pleasant smell, especially in the restrooms. The young woman, Djezza or Djezzia (sorry for the spelling), was incredibly friendly and helpful.

27/03/2026: I'm quite disappointed with my experience. The saleswoman offered me whipped cream without mentioning that it was an extra charge, whereas it used to be free. When I went to pay, I was surprised to see an additional charge added. When I pointed out that it was usually free, she replied rather haughtily that "nothing is free" and justified it by citing inflation, as if I were unaware of it. Her tone was clearly inappropriate and arrogant. I fully understand that prices can fluctuate, but the least one can do is inform the customer clearly and remain respectful. It's not so much the extra charge that's the problem, but the way customers are treated. Disappointing experience.

17/05/2026: A disgrace, absolutely avoid it! I went there today at 5:30 PM and received simply appalling service. I ordered a wings meal, and the young girl serving me (as friendly as a prison guard) had the nerve to sell me rotten, completely black wings that were clearly from the day before! Not a single drumstick in the box, just unsellable leftovers. It's unacceptable to serve food in this state. Respect for the customer and hygiene are clearly optional at this Chicken Ville. I will never set foot in there again, keep walking! The good old Chicken Ville is gone. There's no wait because it's no longer the Chicken Ville of the past. 02/07/2026: It's a shame. It started out really good, the portions were generous. Today, a salad cost €12.90 with a tiny burrata and four lettuce leaves. I asked for bread with the salad, and it was day-old, very stale bread. They made so many mistakes with my orders. It's a shame. It was great at first. They've messed everything up. Avoid it!!!

05/07/2026: A very poor welcome. The manager refused to serve us before closing time. It's a shame that such behavior damages the brand's image.

02/07/2026: Way too crowded! Never a seat! You see ads everywhere on TV, but when you arrive, there are no special offers. The teen menu is €8; you might as well get an adult menu for almost the same price, especially since there's nothing there for that price! Dirty tables, sloppy service. We had two trays with spilled Coke on them.

31/03/2026: As a loyal customer, I ordered two pizzas and received them raw—the dough was truly raw. I contacted them to report this, but received no apology, refund, or exchange. The owner told me that next time I should specify "pizza well cooked," but logically, pizza should be eaten cooked. Very disappointed. I absolutely do not recommend them if you want to eat cooked pizza.

15/05/2026: I ordered a Nutella crepe. He prepared it for me in 2 minutes, quickly, and served me like a king. The chocolate was generous, and it was delicious.
