27/01/2026: A very good restaurant with a superb selection of imported meats. It would have been even more enjoyable with a greater focus on our excellent French meats. Perhaps this will be added in the coming weeks? Cooking was perfectly executed, and the portions were generous. A very good wine list as well.

21/03/2026: We had a lovely evening at this restaurant. The welcome was excellent, the dishes were very refined, and the ingredients were high quality. I highly recommend it. We were just passing through, so it was a great place to eat. Congratulations to the chefs!
13/03/2026: Don't hold it against me... I didn't appreciate your Haussmann-style fireplace... given the historical character of the place, I would have preferred a beautiful old-fashioned fireplace... congratulations on everything else!

We booked a triple room for two nights. At arrival, the electronic key didn't work. We got a new one at the desk, and after some tries, it opened the door.
We went out and came back at 11 PM. It was very cold outside. The key didn't work again. We went to the reception. The receptionist gave us another key and told us not to put it near the phone (we already knew this). We tried again, but it still didn't work. We called the receptionist to our door. He saw the problem while we were freezing outside. He opened the door with a physical key, took our cards, and told us "we will see tomorrow morning". So, we were in a room without keys, unable to go out, in a half-empty hotel.
Inside the room, the third bed was missing sheets and a duvet. Worse, the pillowcase had blood on it. We went to the reception again. They just gave us the linens to make the bed ourselves.
The next morning, we went to breakfast. The buffet breakfast was actually quite rich and good. We hoped they had a solution for the room, but nothing. The night employee even took the only physical master key with him. We had to wait. Their new solution was: "come to the reception every time you need to open your door". We had to stay for two nights, so this idea was total madness.
We complained again. Finally, the only good employee came to check the door. He understood the door battery was dead and changed it. After that, it finally worked.
08/03/2026: The hotel was quiet and very clean. The welcome was friendly. The restaurant had a limited selection but was perfectly adequate.
One small drawback: only one chair in the room and only two towels in the bathroom, no hand towels... and no coat hook, just one.
Overall, we were still very happy. Thank you!
