16/05/2026: I'm not used to sharing my opinion about places, but there's so much to say about the McDonald's in Miramas! I've been a loyal customer for years despite the constant problems with missing items at the drive-thru, which also generate blasé reactions from the staff even though the orders aren't correct. Add to that a double-payment incident several months ago when the card reader indicated a failed payment, and despite our complaints, the payment was processed twice... I was reimbursed after a few days, with proof, as if we had nothing better to do than investigate bank details because McDonald's does double-payments! And recently, the icing on the cake... about 15 days ago, I went to the drive-thru, and the loyalty points were displayed on the kiosk, which I actually had... I chose a McFlurry... confirmed... then, surprise at the register, it couldn't be charged as free because my points balance wasn't sufficient, even though of course it was! 😳 But the points had suddenly vanished! As if by chance, right after my account became unavailable, I couldn't log in. And when I finally did, my points balance (including the one for my previous order) was completely meaningless, but it proved my good faith, and by the way, points had been deducted! Anyway, I spoke with a friendly manager who knows me, but despite my acknowledged good faith, the response was clear: "They don't manage the points." I have to take it up with the app's developers... No comment, especially considering that a while ago, many loyal customer accounts (including mine again) also "disappeared" as if they had never existed. This isn't about a free product; it's a matter of principle... when you commit to customer loyalty, you respect the terms and conditions and your customers. The only positive point is that there are a few young students who are very professional and friendly. The McDonald's in Miramas is probably the worst around... I now prefer to travel a few kilometers and go to the one in Istres which is much more concerned about its customers.

04/02/2026: We've been several times and they're the best in Miramas, both for tacos and burgers...everything is excellent. The service is great.

21/07/2026: I think the quality has really gone down. The baguette bread isn't great, and if you don't specify, you don't get fries in an American-style sandwich served with some kind of cheese 🤷. We really got the feeling that everything was rushed… Maybe I'm an isolated case, but I won't be going back.

18/07/2026: The two women at the reception didn't even say hello, they laughed for no reason, you wondered if they were making fun of you. Anyway, the order was always missing either the fries or the kebab; they put in everything you didn't want. They don't work well at all. I regret eating there; there was absolutely no politeness. In short, I don't recommend it.

24/07/2026: I do not recommend this restaurant, and after being a customer for years, I will not be returning. The portions have become extremely small (not even 100g of cooked rice), at least half the size they were a few years ago. The dishes are swimming in such a watery sauce that it can hardly be called a sauce. Finally, the online menu is poorly designed, with several overlapping lines and the old prices. So, to sum up, they've increased the prices but halved the portion sizes... The customer is treated like a sucker, how kind! Thanks, but no thanks, never again.
