26/03/2026: EDIT: Following the management's response, which disputes everything I wrote, I clearly heard the waiter tell someone who asked that the starter and dessert were frozen. Even the bread was warm, certainly straight from the freezer. He also said it was difficult. Obviously, a nearly empty restaurant on a Saturday night isn't normal, except that in this restaurant, it's perfectly understandable. What's unfortunate is that you're in complete denial, and denying the obvious doesn't get you anywhere. You know I'm right. Reviews are for potential customers, but also so that establishments take them into account. It can be positive and constructive when you listen and are aware that there's a problem. You don't understand why you're practically empty, we explain it to you, and you refuse to listen. As for the prices, of course we saw them, but we thought they were justified, and in reality, not at all. My comment: I'm not a friend, so my opinion reflects reality. And the photos of the dishes are most certainly from the previous owner. Service: Slow, even though the restaurant was empty, or almost. The waiter was friendly, the waitress very average. Food: Frozen from start to finish at the price of homemade with fresh ingredients. Salad with undercooked gizzards, so I was sick that night and the next day. The andouillette was half-cooked, but it was €21, I think. No big deal, I ate it as is. The fries were the only good thing. The dessert was frozen too, I imagine, because it was served lukewarm. A kind of Bourdaloue tart with almost nothing but pastry. As for the presentation: a single dot of whipped cream at the three points of the triangular plate, not even the equivalent of a teaspoonful combined... For cheap whipped cream from a can, they could have been a bit more generous. But everything is calculated and served with minimal effort... except the prices... I understand that everything is frozen, given the low turnover, so they want to minimize waste, but if you're going to eat frozen food, you eat it at home. I overheard the waiter saying to the next table that he didn't understand why the restaurant wasn't successful despite its location and the various approaches they'd tried over the years, but after trying it myself, I understand why people come once and never return. We paid almost €100 for two people, whereas usually, for that price, you get a meal in a nice restaurant in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence with professional service, generous portions of homemade food, and a pleasant location and atmosphere. If the 5/5 ratings were genuine and not just from friends, the restaurant should be packed every Saturday night... which is far from the case. You can write what you want, but an empty parking lot and dining room don't lie. I know management doesn't like negative reviews, but at some point, they need to ask themselves some questions and re-evaluate their approach: why is a restaurant in such a great location empty?

25/03/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant on our way back from vacation, and it was a very pleasant surprise. We absolutely loved it. The hamburgers are homemade, and you can immediately taste the difference in quality and flavor. It's so nice to find authentic cuisine made with good ingredients. The portions are generous; you definitely get your money's worth. The welcome was also very warm, with a friendly and passionate young couple running the place, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A little tip: don't judge a book by its cover, go inside, you might be surprised. Our only slight regret is that we live far away, so it's difficult to come back as often as we'd like… but we'll definitely be back!

14/11/2025: My parents have just moved to Plan d'Orgon. We came on Thursday at lunchtime and the food was absolutely fantastic. And what can I say about the waitress who served us with such a smile? A big thank you for the warm welcome! We will definitely be back.

18/10/2025: Very good traditional cuisine. And grilled pulp 👍 Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo, as I was in a hurry to try it 😃
