07/05/2024: 0 servers available for 1h30, deplorable service, to be done.... the bosses seriously get moving, it's just intolerable to have 25 people waiting for 1h30 to be served...

11/03/2024: We used Le Relais de l'Hermine for our wedding in Maxent, at Domaine des Hayes.
We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of both the service and the food.
A small marriage of 27 people with intolerances respected.
We were served quickly, everything was PERFECT.
