14/09/2024: Nice meal, with lots of good fish options and lovely and big champagne & wine list

11/09/2024: One of our best meals on this long trip. We were recommended this restaurant by a wine dealer in Australia, and it did not disappoint. A full house on the night we went, but service was just right. The Sommelier was so helpful in pairing excellent wines by the glass with the quality food. We could not fault the service, food or wine. The extensive Champagne list is worth exploring if you have a larger group, but quality wines by the glass suited our couples dining. Highly recommended.

13/09/2024: We spontaneously decided to have dinner in this house while passing through. We got a table without a reservation and were also allowed to take our dog with us. The attentive waiter gave us a quiet seat. Thank you for a lovely evening with an excellent menu and attentive hosts.

06/08/2024: We are delighted to have used Bertacchi for our wedding. The reception as well as the dinner, from starter to dessert, were excellent. The guests particularly praised the appetizers and the wine of honor workshops, notably the foie gras. The service was also of high quality. The servers agreed to play with the weather by setting up the reception tables inside initially because of the rain, then outside when the weather improved. Each guest was able to benefit from a menu adapted to their dietary constraints. Finally, we thank Elodie for her support for successful preparation. Certainly, the catering service represents a big budget but we do not regret our choice. Thank you so much !

31/07/2024: I organized a birthday party with them in the Bertacchi salons. Everything was perfect from start to finish, from making contact to the end of the service. Élodie, the sales representative, is very professional, very friendly and very efficient. She bends over backwards to ensure that the service offered meets the customer's expectations. The service team led by Head waiter Yannick is formidable. Completely discreet, the service provided is precise. All the guests spoke of their know-how, the quality and appreciable taste of the dishes served as well as the impeccable service. I thank them once again and do not hesitate to trust them.

22/09/2024: Excellent restaurant. Very welcoming staff (and also for our 4-legged friends). The dishes are delicious for great value for money. As a starter, the cooked eggs and burrata are magnificent. The same goes for rump steak and duck. For dessert, the semi-cooked chocolate and the French toast-style brioche are delicious. This was our second visit this year and we will return on our next visit to Châlons.

05/09/2024: Als l’esperance vakantie viert blijkt er in givry een alternatief. Doet zeker niet onder voor de plek waar toch al 3 jaar komen. Prima keuze en heerlijk eten. Bediening is goed. Kortom we hebben keuze.
