It was a true pleasure to enjoy Chef Samuel Gaspar's cuisine, with a special mention for the Espelette pepper sausage served with mashed potatoes and a pork jus. 10/03/2026: We had the pleasure of spending an absolutely wonderful weekend at Château d’Audrieu, and it's difficult to find the words to express how exceptional the experience was from beginning to end. The place is magnificent, steeped in history, and impeccably maintained. The hotel also boasts two restaurants, including a gourmet option, which is a real plus and certainly not insignificant for fully enjoying your stay. We also greatly appreciated the breakfast, which was particularly generous and varied, with many high-quality products that allowed us to start the day in the best possible way. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was, above all, the exceptional human and professional qualities of everyone who works there. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire team, without exception.
