06/08/2026: Hello, I don't know where to begin, my disappointment is so immense. Management favors certain customers while neglecting new ones. I waited almost 30 minutes for a simple drink. I wonder how this business can still operate like this. The staff is very unpleasant and impolite. I strongly advise management to review the establishment's operations. In my opinion, everyone should undoubtedly undergo customer service training. Disappointment. Avoid at all costs.

06/08/2026: A very disappointing experience, zero atmosphere, appalling service, not to mention the reception where a simple hello becomes complicated. I suppose the management doesn't know how to run a business properly. Avoid at all costs!!
