13/09/2024: Je suis émue. Mes parents en ont été propriétaires. C'est eux qui ont fait construire la salle de restaurant... à cette époque (années 60, il n'y avait que le bar et quelques tables pour les routiers. Maman a été des années le bras droit de Raymond Oliver et son rêve, elle l'a réalisé... avoir son restaurant et en même temps, élever 5 enfants, fallait oser. Ils l'ont fait.
Papa travaillait à la Sncf, il a démissionné et en route pour l'aventure. Petit moment de nostalgie. Ce sera avec plaisir que je viendrai vous voir. Actuellement je suis dans le Lot.

07/07/2024: A great discovery being a resident of Orbec. The cuisine is a real delight, I recommend the andouillette with Camembert sauce and the timbale for dessert, a pure marvel if you like apples and salted butter caramel! And lunch on the terrace is super pleasant!
