We ordered two Spiderman meals, but we only received one, so I politely went to the counter to get the missing figure. The person I spoke to insisted that we only ordered one Spiderman meal. Well, no, I know perfectly well what I ordered. And what I read on my receipt. On top of that, we also had a Happy Meal, but we didn't get the toy.
