22/11/2025: Great roadside restaurant for a good, solid lunch – well worth the detour! Starter and main course with homemade fries (a rarity these days) at a reasonable price. This restaurant deserves far more customers for such good food! I highly recommend it!

31/01/2026: Simply highway robbery. Quite clearly, the most expensive McDonald's in Caen is in the surrounding area. Their prices are higher than anywhere else, with far too many extra charges for a meal; it's like flying Ryanair. An absurdity for a fast-food chain, which now costs the same as a regular restaurant. First and last time.

I stopped by the McDonald's Drive-Thru today while passing by.
I ordered a small ice cream tube and a latte.
Despite a wait of about 15 minutes, even though there were three cars in line (at 6 PM), I received a completely melted sundae and a black coffee without milk.
I'm therefore a little disappointed by the drive-thru service time and the error with my order, especially since it was only two items.
