06/12/2025: A fantastic find! This place truly deserves to be talked about. In Saint-Arnoult, at the Bistrot du Grand Manège – the restaurant at the Pôle du Cheval (Equestrian Center) – everything is homemade, the food is generous and delicious, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is impeccable. The owner took over the establishment in January, and you can feel his passion in every detail. Excellent value for money. A real gem.

24/11/2025: When things aren't going well, you should speak up, but when things are going well, you should speak up too. A fantastic restaurant with excellent value for money. You can confidently book a table in this place with its wonderful setting.

01/05/2026: Friends recommended this place. Never again. The setting is lovely, in a famous hotel, with a view to a beautiful meadow. But. The welcome was already cumbersome as the person receiving us had a strange attitude, with a twist of arrogance. Either he lacks passion in his job or basic hospitality skills/training. Unfortunately he was our main server as well. The food, an embarrassment. Tiny portions and really really so basic. Just look at the pictures of the veggies and rice. Both no taste, rice glued into chunks. Even the French fries. Looked ok, consistency nice but no taste. It wasn’t a question of salt. They had no taste. And then the bread - what a colossal miss. Very basic white little breads, in a country that prides itself with amazing bread culture. In this place. It’s completely out of touch. The most I regret are wasted calories for a below mediocre meal.

12/04/2026: Excellent restaurant with impeccable service in a pleasant and relaxing setting overlooking the hotel's golf course. The food was very good, we thoroughly enjoyed it.
